Your Role as a Property Owner


As the property owner, you agree to provide accurate details about your home, maintain appropriate insurance coverage, and address any significant repairs or legal responsibilities promptly. We’ll take care of the daily operations, but your cooperation ensures everything runs like clockwork. What’s one way we can lighten your load?


Payments and Fees


Our transparent fee structure, detailed in your contract, covers services like guest vetting, booking management, and maintenance coordination. Any additional expenses such as repairs, deep cleaning, or upgrades will be discussed and approved by you in advance. We process payments securely and provide clear, regular financial reports to keep you informed and confident.


Ending Our Partnership


Should either party wish to end our agreement, we’ll follow the termination process outlined in your contract, typically requiring 30 days’ written notice. We’ll ensure a smooth transition, including final guest communications, property inspections, and detailed handover documentation to protect your investment.


Liability and Dispute Resolution


We strive for excellence in managing your property, but we’re not responsible for damages caused by guests, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events. Any disputes will be resolved fairly through mediation or in accordance with local laws. Our aim is to maintain a collaborative, stress-free partnership.


By submitting your information to Theme Park Vacation Homes, LLC (“TPVH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service and Communication Consent.

Purpose of Collecting Your Information

We collect your name, phone number, email address, and any other information you provide so we can:

  • Send quotes, confirmations, and updates
