This past weekend was epic. We stayed at this massive house with TPVH and what a great experience. Very spacious with all the amenities. Me and the family loved it. The kids enjoyed the saltwater pool. Bill was very responsive when needed. Best host. Thank you TPVH and we will be staying here again.

We had a great experience renting a house through Theme Park Vacation Homes. Bill was always very responsive for any requests, and the house layout was perfect! My kids had a blast and loved the Harry Potter themed room, the arcade, and of course the pool. The movie theatre was a huge plus as well and the house was spotless upon our arrival. Access to the Oasis and Retreat Clubs was another huge plus! My kids loved the slides, lazy river, and other pools to explore. We hit some parks and had an amazing time! Very safe community as well with 24/7 manned gate. Thank you again for a wonderful experience and we hope to come back soon!

We escaped the cold March in Wi and had a wonderful time! The house was super clean and host was responsive with any question!

Rented an amazing home for about a week then ended up have a health emergency was unable to travel the host was amazing helped us be able to stay until travel was possible! The home was clean beautiful and concerns or issues we had we handled immediately and professionally without any extra hassle to us! If your thinking about renting with them you should 10/10 Experience we will be doing business with them for years to come !

House was clean and had plenty of space! Really loved the hot tub and pool.

We called and booked a place with Theme Park Vacation Homes after we had a nightmare experience with Airbnb. Not only were they kind, helpful and prompt with responses, but the property we rented was truly incredible. Everything was absolutely seamless, the property was as described, extremely clean, well stocked. They did not have insane check-out expectations (stripping every bed in a 7 bedroom home after a Disney trip would have ended me). The hot tub was actually hot and didn’t require an absurd amount of time to heat. I don’t know if I can say enough about our positive experience. I’ll never use Airbnb again in Orlando, but I’ll absolutely use Theme Park Vacation Homes again. Thank you!!

Wonderful stay! The home was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with fun themes. The pool was fun and scenery was enjoyable. Perfect location near Disney and Universal. The host was responsive, and we’d happily stay here again!
