TPVH was founded in 2021 when Robbie & Sabrina purchased a Short Term Rental in Champions Gate. The excitement of investing in a property that generated passive returns quickly turned into a passion for the Short-Term Rental industry! Their decades of experience as entrepreneurs helped them identify the business opportunity in their market. They formalized the process of how to effectively acquire, decorate, market and operate their properties. Realizing that other property owners could benefit from these processes, they began offering their STR management services to other investors.

Our team has expanded to include Bill & Carol Smith, who bring decades of experience in hospitality operations, business administration and entrepreneurship. Along with their team of cleaners and service professionals, they provide TPVH guests with an exceptional vacation experience!
